Black Stars lead trainer, Otto Addo, has conceded he has a lot of difficult choices to make in front of the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
The senior national team stopped their mission in the Kirin Cup in the early long stretches of Tuesday, June 14, beating Chile in the third-place playoff game.
With the ongoing international window reaching a conclusion for Ghana, Addo and his technical group have only another window to make further arrangements before the global masterpiece in Qatar.
The manager, following the shoot-outs prevail upon Chile to complete third, conceded there are lots of choices to be made before the group comes to fruition for the mundial.
“This competition was great as far as we were concerned just to get a few rectifications and replies. There are a lot of difficult choices to be made,” he said during his post-match presser.
“In the primary match, you could see that we were drained it was a long flight and we had played two matches previously. After Japan scored the third goal it broke us a little piece yet in general, I will say I’m fulfilled [and] I figure we got along nicely.
“This makes it difficult for me to pick the players for the following window [in September] and this will be the last window before the World Cup however any choice will accompany me. We will conclude which players come in or not,” he added.
Ghana will be back in real life in September when they face Angola in a double-header in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
