Police arrest suspects, Samuel Amemasi, 32, and Joseph Kwesi Mawuwone, 23, close to Amanfrom in the Ga South Municipality, on Sunday, around 8 pm, after the vehicle they were going with eventually had an accident.
The human head was hidden in a pack inside the secondary lounge of the vehicle and uncovered after the vehicle summersaulted a few times and arrived in a trench.
Onlookers said the Amanfrom police were quickly educated which prompted the capture of one individual yet another who figured out how to escape from the spot was subsequently captured.
An observer who addressed the Daily Guide said the two suspects (personalities kept) were driving a Toyota Corrolla taxi with enrollment number GW 5532-21 from Kasoa coming towards Amasaman.
As per him, the two men skirted a police hindrance yet their vehicle was not looked through by the police.
The drivers after arriving at the Hobor region endeavored to evade a pothole and simultaneously, the vehicle summersaulted and arrived in a trench.
He said “We hurried and tried to save drivers in the vehicle, but shockingly, we saw a new human head, hid in a pack and I think if not because of the accident, we have seen.
In the interim, the head has been stored at the mortuary.
